30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all included accessories and packaging whenever possible.

For eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days, Sablute will cover the return shipping cost.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Sablute products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, if your product has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will provide support, repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution based on the specific situation.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from the official Sablute website or authorized sales channels.

What Is Covered

Our 2-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur under normal use, including but not limited to:

  • Keyboard or mouse connection failure
  • Charging or battery-related defects
  • Key or button malfunction
  • Backlight issues
  • Receiver or pairing issues
  • Other product defects caused by materials or workmanship

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental damage, drops, spills, or improper use
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation
  • Loss of accessories, receivers, cables, or packaging
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Issues caused by software, system settings, or third-party devices

After 30 Days

After the 30-day free return and exchange period, products may still be covered under our 2-year limited warranty if the issue is related to product quality.

If the return is not caused by a product quality issue after 30 days, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Important Notes

Sablute reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for return, exchange, repair, or replacement under this policy.

Replacement products or parts may be new or equivalent in performance and reliability. The warranty period does not restart after a replacement and continues from the original purchase date.

This warranty policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
