Thank you for shopping with Sablute. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship orders placed on our website.

Shipping Area

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Order Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled by Sablute and shipped from within the United States.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Most orders are delivered within a few business days after shipment, but the exact delivery time depends on the carrier’s local delivery schedule.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable shipping carriers to deliver orders within the United States. The specific carrier may vary depending on your shipping address and order details.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Because orders are shipped from within the United States and we only support U.S. delivery addresses, customers do not need to pay customs duties, import taxes, or international VAT for orders placed on our website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer’s failure to respond to the carrier, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Sablute is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@sablute.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders.

If a return is requested more than 30 days after delivery, and the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

To start a return, please contact us at support@sablute.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will process the refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
